Newton Legal represented GARMCO in the first reorganization proceeding brought under the 2018 Reorganization and Bankruptcy Law. Our firm has also been engaged to represent two creditors in one of the largest reorganization claims filed in Bahrain, with over 3,000 creditors and a total debt valued at over USD 300 million.

- IFLR (2021/2022) – Newton Legal’s representation of GARMCO in its court-led restructuring proceedings was recognized among the 32nd edition of the IFLR ‘Deal Highlights’.
