Dana joined Newton Legal in 2023 as a Trainee Associate. Her practice areas mainly include corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution.

She works closely with a number of government-owned entities and leading banks. Notably, Dana was part of the team awarded IFLR Middle East 2023 M&A Deal of the Year for Kuwait Finance House’s acquisition of Ahli United Bank and IFN Bahrain Deal of the Year 2023 for Solidarity’s acquisition of Ahli United Bank’s insurance business. 

Dana obtained a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB) from the University of Leeds in 2021, and a MSc in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law in 2022. Dana completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2022.
