Abdulrahman AlSabbagh

Abdulrahman is part of the litigation team and has worked on several projects and cases for government entities, leading financial institutions, and large industrial corporations. He interned with the firm in 2023, then joined the firm again in 2024 as a Trainee Associate. He is also currently on partial secondment to the Bahrain International Circuit.

• Represented an international industrial company with presence in Bahrain in a claim brought by a foreign company, with a claim value exceeding US$ 27 million.
• Represented an international industrial company operating in Bahrain, along with its directors, in an employment claim with a value exceeding US$ 17 million.
• Represented Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait in proceedings against a major construction company, with a claim value exceeding US$ 3 million.
• Represented GARMCO in the employment claims raised in connection with the enforcement of an award issued by the Collective Employment Disputes Tribunal.
• Advised on the cross-border restructuring of an international industrial company with presence in Bahrain.
• Advised Ithmaar Holdings on the proposed sale of certain assets and liabilities of the Ithmaar Group to GFH.
