Newton Legal Delivers a Presentation to the Participants of Mashroo3i 2.0

The Newton Legal team had the pleasure of delivering a presentation on ‘Company Formation and Structuring’ to the participants in the Young Entrepreneur (Mashroo3i 2.0) programme.

The programme launched by the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) in collaboration with Brinc is aimed at equipping young Bahraini entrepreneurs and start-ups with the tools and information necessary to bring their business ideas to life.

Samar Almahmood and Maryam Al Bastaki spoke with attendees about the key considerations to take into account when choosing a legal structure for their business, including limited liability, separate legal personality, minimum capital and annual disclosure and filing considerations.
