Newton Legal Awarded IFLR Deal of the Year for the Second Consecutive Year

Newton Legal was awarded the IFLR Middle East Deal of the Year for mergers and acquisitions for its role as local counsel in Kuwait Finance House’s acquisition of Ahli United Bank. The cross-border deal was considered one of the largest in the banking sector during the year and would lead to the creation of the seventh largest bank in the GCC.
