Newton Legal Advises Supreme Council of Health on Agreement to Implement Health Insurance for Residents Programme

Newton Legal, acting as lead counsel, advised the Supreme Council of Health on its agreement with Solidarity Bahrain to implement the Health Insurance for Residents Programme.

The agreement marks a significant milestone in the phased implementation of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s National Health Insurance Programme (SEHATI) and is intended to secure mandatory health insurance coverage for residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
