Newton Legal Advises Masar Group on Majority Acquisition of Beach Culture

Newton Legal was engaged as lead counsel to advise Masar Group, a subsidiary of the Bahrain sovereign wealth fund, on a joint venture with Beach Culture, the first Bahraini company which specialised in beach lifestyle and activities. The deal aims to combine the activity-focused ethos of Beach Culture with Masar’s vision to provide high-quality coastal tourism experiences for locals and visitors alike and to develop sustainable tourism in the Kingdom.

The team, led by Ahmed Al Fardan and Maryam Al Bastaki, advised on the terms of the transaction documents and negotiations with the counterparty.
