Samar is an associate at Newton Legal having joined the firm in 2018. Samar closely works with leading entities, state-owned and private companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain such as Bahrain Institute for Pearls and Gemstones (DANAT) B.S.C. (c), Ooredoo Group Companies, the Economic Development Board, Prodrive International Company B.S.C (c) and Savills Middle East Co. W.L.L.

Since joining Newton Legal, Samar handled various matters including representing two leading companies in a multimillion-dollar international UNCITRAL arbitration seated in London, setting up different types of companies for international investors and companies introduced by the Economic Development Board and advising on and completing formalities of the acquisition of a global insurance company’s equity stake in a joint venture vehicle located in Kingdom of Bahrain.
