Nadia AlJaber


ExperienceNadia joined Newton Legal in 2016 as an Associate and is currently a trainee solicitor to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales. She has experience in international arbitration, business litigation and compliance, public international law, international commercial and corporate law, and cross-border dispute resolution. During her time at Newton Legal, Nadia has worked closely with Al Jazeera Media Network and advised on multiple dispute resolution cases in numerous jurisdictions, including ICSID and ICC arbitration proceedings.

Among others, she has advised on the following

  • An investor-state dispute under ICSID arbitration
  • The introduction of the Private Notaries law within the Kingdom of Bahrain for the Offices of the First Deputy Prime Minister
  • The Bapco’s offshore drilling project
