ExperienceWhile doing her LLB at Royal University for Women, Bahrain; Haya interned at Sheikha Haya Rashed Al Khalifa’s Law Firm where she gained knowledge in Commercial Law and the UNICITRAL Model Law. She ended her year at the Royal University for Women by presenting a comparative study on Bankruptcy Law in the GCC Countries. She also participated in the Williem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Competition as an Oralist in both Middle East and Vienna.
Haya joined Newton Legal in 2018 as a Trainee Associate and is currently seconded into the Ministry of Information Affairs. Her work includes providing benchmark studies, legal research in regards to Bahraini laws and drafting contracts.
