ExperiencePrior to joining Newton Legal in 2015, Fatima worked in the Council of Representatives where she conducted legal research and proposed draft laws. She later worked in a local law firm where she advised clients on various matters and represented the clients before the courts of Bahrain.
She is currently seconded on a part-time basis to the Office of Deputy Prime Minister Jawad Al Arayedh, where she specializes in government practice, specifically drafting and reviewing legislation introduced by the Council of Representatives or the Shura Council.
She is also a member of the litigation team. She prepares case strategies, drafts court submissions and manages case file.
