ExperienceBefore Dalal joined Newton Legal in 2015, she worked at the National Institute for Human Rights.

Dalal was seconded full-time into the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, Jawad Al Arrayedh where she drafted and reviewed legal opinions and legislation introduced by the Shura Council or Parliament.

Dalal works closely with a wide number of clients including the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), Bapco, nogaholding, Mumtalakat, the Office of the First Deputy Prime Minister and the Bahrain Aviation Fueling Company B.S.C (c). Her scope of work includes drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, providing legal advice in relation to general Bahraini law requirements with particular emphasis on the Commercial Companies Law, Tender Regulations, Employment Law, Lease Law, Civil Code, Civil and Commercial Procedures Law. Dalal also drafts memorandums submitted to the courts as part of the litigation proceedings, assists governmental entities in conducting tenders as well as incorporating companies in accordance with the Bahraini Commercial Companies Law.

Dalal is currently seconded into the Office of the First Deputy Prime Minister on a part-time basis.
