Sara joined Newton Legal in 2019 as an Associate. She is licensed attorney and is admitted in front of all types of courts in Bahrain except for the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court.
Prior to joining Newton Legal, Sara worked in a local law firm where she represented the clients in commercial and civil litigation, advised them on various matters and communicated regularly with clients, attorneys and public officials.
Sara assists across the firm’s main practice areas with a focus on litigation, as she closely involved in high-profile litigation matters in relation to Civil, Employment and in particular Reorganisation and Bankruptcy Law as she worked closely on the first reorganisation case filed under the Reorganisation and Bankruptcy Law in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
She is also handling one of the biggest developments projects in Bahrain and filed several success cases against defaulting tenants.
Sara has gained experience on incorporating and liquidating all forms of companies in accordance with the Bahraini Commercial Companies. Sara is advising our clients on various legal matters, including Employment Law and Dispute Resolutions.

- Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) – University of Bahrain (2014)
- LLM with Merit in International Commercial law – University of Reading (2018)
- Qualified lawyer since 2014.
