HE DPM Jawad Salem Al Arrayed is one of four Deputy Prime Ministers in the Kingdom of Bahrain. HE DPM Jawad Al Arrayed is the President of the Ministerial Committee for Legal Affairs and, as such, acts as the “General Counsel” to the Cabinet of the Government of Bahrain.

The Bahrain Petroleum Company BSC (Closed) is a Company wholly owned by the Government of Bahrain. Bapco manages and operates integrated oil and gas businesses, supplies crude oil, petroleum products and gas to the international and local markets.
The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) is a semi-governmental organization in Bahrain, established as part of the country’s national reform initiatives. Tamkeen is tasked with making the private sector the key driver of economic development. Tamkeen’s mandate revolves mainly around developing Bahrainis to allow for their effective competition in the labour market. Tamkeen plays an impactful, distinct and critical role in the national economic development’s landscape, having served over 140,000 Bahrainis and businesses.
Edamah is a commercial Government owned company established to develop and manage real estate assets in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It is the real estate arm of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat). Edamah is involved in Bahrain’s prime real estate projects and upgrading existing properties that will benefit the commercial and tourism sectors in Bahrain.
The Electricity and Water Authority is the regulatory body in the Kingdom of Bahrain that provides electricity and water services to all sectors in the Kingdom with the highest reliability and quality and with optimum utilization of the available resources.
Mumtalakat is the investment company for the Kingdom of Bahrain, and was established as an independent holding company for the Government of Bahrain’s key commercial assets.
